Meet Jill Oakley

Jill brings over 25 years of real estate experience and a lifelong love of architecture and design to every client she serves. She earned her Fine Arts degree from UNC–Greensboro, and selling homes became a natural career path—combining her knowledge of architecture and marketing with her passion for working with people.

A consistent multi-million-dollar producer, Jill is known for her strong work ethic, clear communication, and a proven checklist that helps clients sell for the best price, in the shortest time, and with the least inconvenience. She works with everyone from investors to luxury clients and truly enjoys the challenge of finding the perfect fit for each buyer.

Originally from Graham, North Carolina, Jill understands the charm of small-town living and fell in love with the Cape Fear area years ago. She has called Southport home since moving there in 2017 and spent many summers vacationing on Oak Island as a child. Jill works throughout Southport and the surrounding beach communities and manages rental property in Carolina Beach.

Jill has been married for 30 years to her husband, Bruce, the former Town Manager of Southport, and their daughter attended UNC Wilmington. Outside of real estate, Jill is passionate about art, long walks on the beach, and enjoying the salt life with family and friends - including their rescue pup, Daisy!
