Kim is one in a million! Hands down, the best realtor my husband and I have ever worked with! When Kim listed our home to sell, she was meticulous in capturing our home in favorable pictures to feature on the listing, and very knowledgeable about how to market our home to the right group of buyers. We had a ratified contract in under a week and went to closing with no surprises. She was there for us through every step of the process, and I couldn't be more grateful for her professionalism and attention to detail.

When we found our forever home nine months later, all it took was a phone call to Kim to help us make sure we were one of the first in line to make an offer that the sellers would accept. When the day of the walk-through and closing came, the sellers had left much of the trash and debris that was in the contract to be cleaned up. She helped us make a deal for cash back at closing so we could hire a junk removal company to take care of everything that had been left behind. I honestly don't know anyone else who would do that for us!

She even went with us to our closing on our new home and had provided so much kindness, caring and professional advise our new home I honestly don't know what we would have done without her.

Kim is the kind of real estate agent you want on your side when purchasing or selling a home. She will go that extra mile for you for anything she feels you might need help with even without you asking. She will stand up for you or tell you what you need to do in order to get things done. She has the ability to multi-task several jobs at once and never hesitates to let you know her availability. She has always been there for us even if it was just to listen and to me that meant more then anything I know another realtor would not do. Upon retirement, my wife and I were toying with the idea of moving south and although I know many realtors in our community my first call was to Kim. She got right to work helping through the necessary steps to list/sell our house. In the end we decided to stay put but here’s the story I need to share: my sister, who lived in Texas, was looking to relocate back to WV with her family when the home across the street from us suddenly went on the market.
