Meet Lee Ann Walker

Originally from Raleigh, NC, I am a graduate of UNC-W, and a 7 year resident of Smithville Woods located here in Southport. While attending college, my parents and I fell in love with the coastal area, and decided to build a second home on Bald Head Island. While here, my father decided to start a residential construction company and we built homes on Bald Head Island and in the Southport area. With a father in construction and a mother in real estate, I decided to obtain my real estate broker’s license in 2001. However, with golf being my first love, I put real estate on the back-burner and competed as a professional golfer on the LPGA tour for the past 10 years. While I continue to be a member of the LPGA tour I have decided to seek my potential in real estate.
