    About Mary

    My journey to coastal North Carolina began after our youngest child graduated high school in Connecticut and headed to a Carolina state school. With my husband’s New York branch closing, we were given the rare opportunity to choose where we truly wanted to live. After extensive research and a carefully crafted wish list for our ideal hometown, we found exactly what we were looking for here in beautiful Brunswick County.
    Since 2014, we’ve been proud full-time residents of Southport, fully embracing the coastal lifestyle and community. In 2020, we also invested in a second home in the North Carolina mountains—giving us both personal experience and insight into lifestyle-driven real estate decisions.
    I have been a licensed real estate professional since 2015, specializing in Brunswick County with a strong focus on Southport. I position myself as a hyper-local real estate expert—someone who understands Southport street by street, block by block.
    Being deeply connected to the pulse of the community is at the core of how I serve my clients. Since 2023, I have proudly served on the Board of Directors for the Maritime Museum of Southport. I am actively involved in fundraising efforts and community events throughout town, and I make it a priority to stay informed on the latest happenings in Southport.
    I am passionate about our local history and take pride in sharing that knowledge with my clients—helping them not only find the right home, but truly understand the character and story of the community they are becoming a part of.
