Meet Tanya Broussard

I am a native Texan and a proud alumna of Texas Tech University. My husband and I found our way to Southport, NC over 20 years ago when he accepted a position as a golf course superintendent at St. James Plantation. He has since retired from the golf industry and gotten his contractor’s license. Which has been useful to us both, since we like to renovate homes in addition to our day jobs!

Although it was quite a culture shock for a Texas girl, this little coastal town won me over. We spent the first couple of years living near downtown Southport and loved being able to walk and ride bikes to festivities. We then bought a home on Oak Island, where we enjoyed the quick access to the beach! When we were ready to start our family, we built a home back on the mainland overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. This is where we are raising our two wonderful children and an energetic dog named Reba. We have bought, renovated, and resold homes in different areas of Brunswick County. Having experienced all these different locations in our area gives me first-hand knowledge and makes me better equipped to assist you in your real estate needs.
