Meet Joey Kronenwetter

A Brunswick County “Lifer,” as they say, Joey was born and raised in Southport and currently resides in Bolivia. He is a proud graduate of NC State with a political science and business management background. Joey started his career in the banking industry as a mortgage loan officer. However, while living in Raleigh for that brief period, it did not take long to realize a big city like that was not the place for him. So he, his wife Becca, and black lab Chief packed their bags and headed back to the small town they knew and loved.

Joey truly lives and breathes everything there is about Brunswick County. Find him out and about in the community, whether at the Summer Concert Series on Oak Island, spending weekends out on the ICW, or playing at one of the many great golf courses the area offers. His goal is to share the unlimited potential of happiness that Brunswick County and its surrounding areas have to offer.
